Who provides the service

Zaptriq AI is a software service operated by Zaptriq Ai Brahmastra Private Limited ("Zaptriq", "we", "us"). These terms apply to subscriptions purchased through zaptriq.ai and the linked checkout, and access to your business workspace at login.zaptriq.ai. Please read these terms with our privacy, cancellation and delivery policies before purchasing.

What your subscription includes

Your plan provides access to a business software workspace with the features described on our website: CRM and lead management, website and funnel building, workflow automation, WhatsApp and email marketing tools, appointments, an online store, business insights, LMS and community tools, and team access.

All four durations have the same platform feature set and include 1,000 emails per month. Third-party services such as WhatsApp/Meta, advertising accounts, payment gateways and domains may require their own accounts, approvals or charges. A platform subscription does not include advertising spend, domain purchases or third-party messaging and payment-processing fees.

Plans, prices and payment

The full amount for your selected period is payable upfront. Checkout uses Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual for the corresponding durations. You can switch the duration before paying; check the final total and included GST before confirming. Payments are processed through the connected Razorpay payment gateway. Payment is complete only when confirmed successfully, not merely when an amount is debited.

The price and period shown when you confirm an order apply to that order. Any future price change applies to a subsequent purchase or renewal, not retrospectively to a period already paid for. Any recurring-payment mandate must be separately presented and authorised during checkout.

Account activation and access

Provide your correct email, workspace name, name and phone number at checkout. Following successful payment confirmation, your account is normally activated automatically and access instructions are sent to your checkout email. Sign in at login.zaptriq.ai. If access fails, report it to our support team with your payment reference; we will resolve the access issue within 24 hours of your report.

Your purchase covers the selected subscription period. Continued use beyond that period requires a valid renewal. See our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy for the delivery process and help with failed activation.

Cancellation and refunds

After activation, change-of-mind cancellations and unused portions of a subscription are not refundable. Duplicate payments and access failures attributable to us that remain unresolved are eligible for review and refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval. Statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

Your account and acceptable use

Keep your login credentials secure and ensure anyone you authorise to use your workspace follows these terms. You must have the right to upload and use your content, customer information and contact lists. Obtain the required consent for marketing communications and follow applicable laws and the rules of connected service providers.

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful content, unsolicited messaging, infringement or attempts to compromise systems. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, a security issue or non-payment. Contact support if you believe a restriction is an error.

Your data, integrations and availability

You retain rights to the business content you submit. You authorise the processing needed to provide the requested service and integrations. Keep appropriate copies of important business information and contact us about export or closure requirements before your subscription ends.

Features may depend on third-party availability and account approval. Maintenance, technical incidents and provider outages can affect availability. Product descriptions explain the tools provided; they do not promise a particular level of sales, revenue or marketing results. Report service problems so we can investigate and assist.

Questions, complaints and updates

For an order, access, refund or service complaint, email us with your account email, issue description and payment reference where relevant. We will review it and communicate the resolution. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material updates will be reflected with a revised effective date; an update does not remove an entitlement already owed for a paid order.
