Zaptriq Ai Brahmastra Private Limited operates Zaptriq AI at zaptriq.ai. This policy covers visitors, people who contact us, and customers who purchase or use a Zaptriq AI business account. Connected services and payment providers also have their own privacy policies.
Information involved
- Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, workspace name and information you provide when seeking support or booking a demonstration.
- Purchase information: selected plan, billing details you provide, payment status, transaction references and refund records.
- Workspace information: business content, contacts, campaign information and other data you choose to enter or connect while using platform features.
- Technical information: browser/device information, IP address, logs and cookies or similar storage used by the website, login platform and checkout.
Payment credentials are entered in the payment-provider checkout. Do not send passwords, card PINs, CVVs or OTPs to our support team.
Why information is used
Information is used to create and administer accounts, provide the features you request, confirm payments, deliver access instructions, assist with support and refunds, maintain security, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
