After activation, change-of-mind and unused-period refunds are not offered. Duplicate payments or unresolved access failures caused by us are reviewed for refund. Approved refunds: 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Yes. All prices include 18% GST. You pay ₹2,999 for Launch, ₹6,999 for Momentum, ₹11,999 for Growth or ₹19,999 for Scale. The checkout shows the included GST amount.
Choose a plan to open checkout with that option already selected. The plan buttons stay visible at the top so you can switch between 1, 3, 6 or 12 months before paying. Choose your duration first, then enter your email, workspace name and contact details; changing plans refreshes the checkout form. After successful payment, your own business account is created on the selected plan. Check your checkout email for your welcome message and account access instructions. If access is missing, contact support with your payment reference; we will resolve a reported activation/access issue within 24 hours.

Yes. All four plans use the same feature and usage settings, including 1,000 emails per month. Choosing a longer duration changes your billing period, not your monthly email allowance.
Yes. Launch, Momentum, Growth and Scale include the same Zaptriq AI feature set. The difference is the subscription duration and the savings compared with monthly billing.
Choose Launch for one month, Momentum for three months, Growth for six months or Scale for twelve months. Scale offers the lowest total cost compared with paying monthly for the same twelve months.
