Digital service — no physical shipment
Zaptriq Ai Brahmastra Private Limited supplies Zaptriq AI software subscriptions through this website. Delivery is digital. There is no physical package, courier shipment, shipping charge or physical-product return for these subscriptions.
What happens after payment
- Select a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month plan duration at checkout.
- Enter your email, workspace name, name and phone number and complete payment.
- After successful payment confirmation, your individual business account is normally activated automatically.
- Check the email used at checkout, including the spam folder, for welcome and account-access instructions. Access the platform at login.zaptriq.ai.
Activation timeline and failed delivery
Normal activation follows successful payment confirmation. If you do not receive access, email zaptriq@gmail.com or call +91 91996 48400 with your payment reference and checkout email. We will resolve a reported activation/access issue within 24 hours.
Do not make a second payment to fix a missing access email. A payment that is still pending must first be confirmed by the payment provider. Incorrect checkout contact details can prevent delivery, so contact us to have them corrected.
Subscription period and setup
Access is provided for the duration selected at checkout: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. A working internet connection and a supported web browser are needed. Connecting your domain, WhatsApp account, advertising account or payment gateway can require additional setup and approval by the relevant provider; platform activation does not guarantee immediate approval of those external services.
If access cannot be provided
If an access failure attributable to us remains unresolved, request a refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
